If a project goes beyond the scope of the original estimate either through functional necessity or client request, the project price will be revised and approved by the client before the additional work is done. Adjustments, design changes, and a reasonable "back and forth" with the client is expected. When the back and forth and requests for changes and design alterations go beyond a reasonable number of exchanges, the project price will be adjusted or hourly charges will be continued.

Graphics and text should be supplied in electronic format. Any keying of text, image scanning or conversion and any additional coding, text or graphic editing that may be needed will be charged at the listed rates. All images require optimization for web presentation.
